Joshua A. Tolbert, Ph.D., P.E. – Principal Engineer & Founder
A licensed professional engineer with four engineering degrees—including a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering—and over 15 years of hands-on industry experience, Dr. Tolbert brings a unique blend of academic depth and real-world practicality to every project. Before founding Atlanta Experts, he worked as a construction worker, fabricator, heavy equipment operator, mechanic, R&D engineer, professor, and executive leader in engineering firms, giving him insight into both the technical and operational sides of the field. He leads our team with a focus on technical excellence, clarity of communication, and client responsiveness.
